Size: 500ml / 16.9oz
Directions: To achieve UV 30 protection, take 1-2 capfuls (2 if over 200lbs, ½ capful if under 75lbs) in 3oz of water one hour before going into the sun. If you are in the sun for more than 4 hours, take another dose 2-3 hrs after the first dose. The effects last 3-4 hours (3hrs for kids under 21, 4hrs for adults).
Note: Sweating or salt water will interfere with the UV protection, if you cannot rinse immediately, use an alternate UV protection.
