Q:How long does it take for an international package to arrive?


A: We estimate that most international packages take between 7-13 business days (Monday-Friday) to arrive. Major holidays can lengthen that time. Please plan accordingly.

Q: After an order is placed how long before it is shipped out?

A: Most orders can be shipped out within 24-48 hours after the order is received. Larger orders and back ordered items can take longer to process.

Q: What is the best way to find out about specials & promotions?

A: The easiest way is to sign up for our newsletters. the sign-up can be found on nearly every product page. We will never sell your information or send you spam.

Q: Are there certain countries you don’t ship to?


A: Yes, there are certain product lines we do not ship internationally and certain countries we do not ship to at all. For example we do not ship to Italy, Malaysia, Africa, Thailand, and South America because of the amount of returned and lost packages. Q:Is there anything I should know about changing skin care lines?

A: Most likely you will have a breakout or two within the first 2 weeks if the new product you have switched to is active or results oriented.
