PCA skin EyeXcellence(pHaze 12) is a triple-action eye cream that was formulated to reduce puffiness, dark circles and wrinkles around the eye area.

-Three peptides join forces to increase collagen production, capillary function and circulation to leave the eye area smooth, even and bright.

-Grape seed extract, aloe and vitamin E moisturize and leave the skin healthy and hydrated.

Directions
After cleansing, toning and applying any PCA SKIN treatment serums, pat a small amount gently around the eye area. May be applied under any PCA SKIN sunscreen moisturizer or evening moisturizer.
